I first met Adam in 2017. At that time, I was facing severe financial difficulties and had received a court notice that my house was going into foreclosure. Amidst my discouragement and worry, I found a letter among the many I received at home introducing Adam.Most importantly, he was not a lawyer, and his fees were affordable, so I decided to meet him. He kindly explained everything to me and began the process to help me keep my house step by step. After negotiating with the bank, I was able to make mortgage payments and stay in the house for about a year. However, when the mortgage payments increased, I could no longer afford them.Despite the bank’s continuous efforts to proceed with the foreclosure, Adam kept defending my case. Time passed, and in 2023, it was finally decided to proceed with a short sale after negotiations with the bank. Thanks to the efforts of Adam and his team, we closed in April this year, and I received $10,000 in moving expenses and left the house.The issue that started in 2017 was finally resolved in 2024. MY HOUSE WAS IN FORECLOSURE AND THEN CAME COVID THAT PUT IT ON HOLD FOR 3 YEARS TILL AFTER COVID. THEN THE FORECLOSURE PROCESS STARTED AGAIN AND I WAS HAVING DIFFICULTIES AFTER MY EX DIDN'T SIGN THE MODIFICATION CONTRACT AFTER THE 3RD PAYMENT AND GOT DENIED BY THE BANK. After getting bombarded with mail when we hit the foreclosure list, there was something about Adam’s letter that made me save it. After getting lots of bad advice from realtors and lawyers I decided to call Adam. We were getting close to the wire and were starting to panic. We had done a loan mod a few years earlier and didn’t think we could do another one. Adam said that would not be a problem and he jumped into action. After 3 months of payments (one of which was late) the loan mod showed up in the mail. I read it, put it down and picked it up to read it again. Somehow they decided to offer an immediate reduction in principal and a second reduction if we paid on time for 3 years. Now we are no longer under water and will be able to sell the house one day and walk away from the table with money. Before my only way out was through a short sale. Adam has taken an absolute nightmare and turned it into the best possible scenario. If you are still reading reviews, its time to stop and meet with Adam.
